Candice Akessa

Candice is an executive search consultant and the founder of HEW Recruitment Group. She has spent her career in recruiting, business development, and finance. Years inside agency and in-house recruiting showed her where hiring breaks. Unclear briefs. Data nobody trusts. Process that lives in one person's head.

She started HEW to fix those problems at the source. She leads every engagement personally, supported by specialist partners on nearshore delivery.

Her work spans healthcare, technology, finance, and SaaS, across Canada, the US, the Caribbean, and the UAE.
